With rebrowned barrels sighted and with a rib along the top, plain tang grooved for sighting, flat bevelled lock (small area of pitting) stamped with crowned broad arrow Ordnance mark beneath the pan, figured butt (minor repair, split behind the lock) with pineapple chequered grip, brass mounts of service pattern comprising rounded scroll side-plate, butt-plate and trigger-guard, brass ramrod-pipes, the forward one with ramrod-retaining spring, and iron ramrod, probably original (some screws replaced), Ordnance proof marks

Buyer's Premium Rates
27.5% on the first £2,500 of the hammer price;
25% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £2,500 up to and including £300,000;
20% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £300,000 up to and including £3,000,000;
and 13.9% of the hammer price of any amounts in excess of £3,000,000.

VAT at the current rate of 20% will be added to the Buyer's Premium and charges excluding Artists Resale Right.
