3/4 plate frosted gilt movement signed 'N.Sternberg, 15 Market Place, Manchester. No.50019 KEW A.77.1.', cut and compensated balance, enamel regulator style dial with Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds at 6 and 60 minute counter at 12, blued steel hands, polished full hunter case with London Hallmarks for 1896 and bearing the casemakers mark PW for Philip Woodman, together with the original Class A Certificate issued to 'N.Sternberg, Manchester' showing that it was on trail from November 2nd to December 16 1897, also the original bill of sale dated April 16th 1898 for a 'Gold English Kew Certificate Watch £65.00' and with signed and dated envelope to 'Mr N.Sternberg, Jeweller, Market Street Manchester' 51mm.

Buyers' Premium and Charges

For all Sales categories, buyer's premium excluding Cars, Motorbikes, Wine and Coin & Medal sales, will be as follows:

Buyer's Premium Rates
27.5% on the first £2,500 of the hammer price;
25% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £2,500 up to and including £300,000;
20% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £300,000 up to and including £3,000,000;
and 13.9% of the hammer price of any amounts in excess of £3,000,000.

VAT at the current rate of 20% will be added to the Buyer's Premium and charges excluding Artists Resale Right.
