17-jewel nickel lever movement, mono-metallic compensation balance, salmon pink dial with baton hour markers and Arabic 12, three subsidiary dials for constant seconds, 30 minute and 12 hour recording, outer scale in black, large stainless steel circular case with down turned lugs, polished and chamfered bezel, snap on case back No.041606 3335, fitted leather strap, case, dial and movement signed 35mm.

  • The Ref:3335 is one of the rarest of the early Rolex chronographs. It was the first chronograph to incorporate an hour register and was one of the largest cases that Rolex produced. This example has the original salmon pink dial and has been in the current owners family since the 1940's.

Buyers' Premium and Charges

Buyer's Premium Rates
27.5% on the first £2,500 of the hammer price;
25% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £2,500 up to and including £300,000;
20% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £300,000 up to and including £3,000,000;
and 13.9% of the hammer price of any amounts in excess of £3,000,000.

VAT at the current rate of 20% will be added to the Buyer's Premium and charges excluding Artists Resale Right.
