the central silver plated frame of two tier form, the upper tier supporting eight spiral twist scrolling arms, each terminating in a petal cut drip pan supporting a lantern etched glass shade, the lower tier supporting sixteen similar arms, above nine tiers of prismatic drops terminating in a prismatic ball finial, the whole surmounted by a corona of spiral twist form and two further floral decorated tiers of drops, the whole hung and strung with faceted beads and prismatic drops, stamped to the spiral corona VAL ST LAMBERT BELGIQUE, later additions, Approximately 230cm drop
