Three Ancient Near Eastern terracotta vessels
Circa 2nd Millennium B.C.
Including a bull-headed rhyton, with black and red decoration, the head with arching horns, the mouth forming the spout, a funnel neck emanating from the back, the body with bands of zig-zag motifs and a small bird behind the spout, a thin raised tail at the back, 11in (28cm) long, some restoration; a vase with an ovoid body, decorated with umber and large arching handles in the form of facing horses heads, with two pierced holes as feet on the base, 13in (33.5cm) high; and a shallow dish with a side loop handle and concentric rings on the base, 8¼in (21cm) diam, with an ink inscription, 'Mount of Offence, Palestine, bwrne. 27.5% on the first £10,000 of the hammer price;
25% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £10,000 up to and including £450,000;
20% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £450,000 up to and including £4,500,000;
and 14.5% of the hammer price of any amounts in excess of £4,500,000.

VAT at the current rate of 20% will be added to the Buyer's Premium and charges excluding Artists Resale Right.
