For a Chest with very similar decoration attributed to Barcelona and similar dating 1500-1600, see H. Ecker, Caliphs and Kings, Exhibition Catalogue, Washington DC, 8th May - 17th October 2004, no. 86 and an almost identical traveller's chest sold recently at Sotheby's, Arts of the Islamic World, London, 8th October 2008, lot 105.
