The Motor Cycle - a 1936 TT Telegrams board,

Sold for £ 575 (US$ 732) inc. premium
The Motor Cycle - a 1936 TT Telegrams board,
double sided, one for the Junior and one for the Lightweight race, each side
with three applied Post Office telegrams detailing leaders on the 2nd and 5th lap and at the finish. As per the race results in the Junior the telegram describes how Frith was 1st on the Norton, White 2nd on the Norton, and Mellors 3rd on the Velocette. For the Lightweight race the telegrams record how Foster on the New Imperial was 1st, Tyrell Smith 2nd on the Excelsior, and Geiss 3rd on the DKW. A fascinating survival.
