Footnotes

  • Costume Designer Lindy Hemming.
With the introduction of Pierce Brosnan as James Bond in 1995, the producers of Goldeneye decided to create a post modern look for the Bond of the 1990's. The fashion house, Brioni in Rome was chosen as his new tailor for their immaculately cut and timeless designs. The grey Brioni suit was used extensively throughout the film, most memorably in the scene between Alec Trevelyan and Bond in the disused communist park.
Turnbull and Asser have produced shirts for all the 007's since the earliest Bond film. Ian Fleming himself had his shirts made by the famous mens wear shop of Jermyn Street.
