Attributed to Amelia Carr (British fl. late 19th Century) A collection of five Jersey views, Elizabeth Castle, St. Aubins Bay, St. Clements Bay, Vinchelez Lane, Le Hocq, pencil, three heightened with white, the largest 17.6 x 25cm, and Steps up to the Castle by another hand, 25 x 17.5cm. (6)

Edmund Blampied (Jersey, 1886-1966) A still life study of flowers in a glass, signed, watercolour, 26.3 x 21.3cm.

Alexander Monro (British, 1802-1844) 'Rue des Vaches, St. Peters Port, Guernsey', a view looking towards the Cow Gate the port, signed, inscribed and dated 23rd June 1840 on the backboard, pencil and watercolour, 20.3 x 14.7cm.

Buyers' Premium and Charges

For all Sales categories, buyer's premium excluding Cars, Motorbikes, Wine, Whisky and Coin & Medal sales, will be as follows:

Buyer's Premium Rates
27.5% on the first £20,000 of the hammer price;
26% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £20,000 up to and including £700,000;
20% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £700,000 up to and including £4,500,000;
and 14.5% of the hammer price of any amounts in excess of £4,500,000.

VAT at the current rate of 20% will be added to the Buyer's Premium and charges excluding Artists Resale Right.
