A Roman olive green glass beaker
Circa 4th-5th Century A.D.
With an everted cut-off rim, the body decorated with a row of applied and marvered dark blue blobs, the base slightly indented, 2¾in (7cm) high, minor chips to rim; and a Byzantine olive green glass lamp, the cup-shaped body bulging towards the hollow tubular rim, with three small loop handles applied to the rim, the interior with an applied central hollow vertical wick-holder, circa 5th-7th Centuries A.D., 3in (7.6cm) high, some weathering (2)
