the portico type case with urn surmount to the drum case on four free-standing brass mounted marble columns, moulded plinth base and turned and beaded brass feet, the 4in signed enamel dial with Arabic numerals floral swags and ornate gilt-brass hands to the twin-barrel movement with anchor escapement, countwheel striking on a bell and visible ormolu pendulum in the form of a basket of roses, the clock comes with two matching urn sidepieces, 46cm high.
