Of tapering three-stage form cast in relief with raised mouldings, the flared and turned muzzle with a raised band of scrolling foliage centred, at the top, on a vase containing fruit between foliated horses, the mid-section with a band en suite, the vase set between figures of Neptune riding a winged sea-monster, the first reinforce with the crowned arms of Zeeland on a shield framed by strapwork suspended on each side from the beak of an eagle's head, and with a pair of confronted dolphins beneath, all above a raised foliate cartouche involving a central smiling grotesque mask and inscribed 'Zeelandia', the base-ring incised 'Michael Bvrgerhvys / Me Fecit / 1632', the naturalistic dolphin lifting handles with pierced scrolled tails, the large knob-shaped cascabel backed by a circle of gadrooning, the plain trunnions set below the centre line (the surface with light green patination, some areas of pitting): on finely constructed modern stepped wooden carriage of naval type with wooden trucks, painted brown and with iron mounts painted black
