An exceptional and very rare gold mounted Violoncello Bow by A.Richaume A Paris, circa 1940
stamped on the shaft. The tortoiseshell frog with pearl eye, golden ring and rounded heel, the adjuster of gold, the strong round stick of a red brown colour, 80 grams, full hair.

    In addition the above bow is offered with the Certificat d'Authenticite of J.J.Rampal, Paris, to the above effect signed and dated October 2006.

and 13.9% of the hammer price of any amounts in excess of £3,000,000.

VAT at the current rate of 20% will be added to the Buyer's Premium and charges excluding Artists Resale Right.
