1969 Dodge Coronet Superbee
American Hotroders TV series.
Blue vinyl interior with black vinyl top, 426 Hemi, with 4-speed manual transmission.
This California car was originally a 383 4 speed car. The engine was built by hemi George and has dynoed out at over 500 hp. The car is very fast and very smooth. The 354 gearing makes the car an excellent cruiser also.
When the car was painted the original B-5 blue two years ago, the body was in near-perfect shape with no visible rust. The instrument cluster was restored by Redline Gaugeworks and a Quartz Works clock installed. The interior is medium blue has buckets with no console. It also has the air box hood and torque thrust wheels to give it the look like when we drove them in the early 70s! It was also used in a number of productions as a background car.
