    The Hoover Dam was initially engineered to be built at a site called Boulder Canyon, thus the original name of Boulder Dam. After the site was moved to Black Canyon the project was renamed as The Hoover Dam. The Boulder Dam name persisted, in large part due to President Hoover's unpopularity during the depression.

and 13.9% of the hammer price of any amounts in excess of $4,000,000.
