1924 Pierce-Arrow Series 33 Seven Passenger Touring
Chassis Number: 340593
Engine Number: 340651
This 1924 Pierce-Arrow Series 33 has a rich and interesting history that took it from Buffalo to Colorado Springs where it was owned by the famous Broadmoor Hotel where it was used to shuttle hotel guests to Pikes Peak and the Garden of the Gods.

Being a Model 33, it is powered by an 85 horsepower straight-Six T-Head engine with dual ignition. The sturdy chassis is suspended by longitudinal leaf springs front and rear. Because it's a 1934, it has four-wheel brakes.

The rear body section was eventually removed and replaced by a truck bed once it was deemed to be unsuitable to carry the resort's wealthy clientele. Except for the original touring body, this Pierce-Arrow is complete with all of its instruments, twin side mounts and wooden artillery wheels. It even retains the original split windshield.

Part of the Wiglesworth collection and in storage for many years; this Pierce-Arrow 33 is currently painted in primer. Considering its history, this Pierce-Arrow is a prime candidate for return to its former elegance.
