A late Victorian silver shaped oval fruit bowl,

London 1900,
with gadroon rim interspersed with leaf scrolls and shells, the sides profusely chased with leaf scrolls and flowers amoung scroll lattice work decoration, vacant "C" scroll cartouches either side, on a similarly decorated spread oval foot, length 36cm., weight 38oz., and an Edwardian silver oval basket, by Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co., London 1902, with scroll and shell border, the pierced intersecting leaf scroll sides with vacant cartouches, on four claw and ball feet, length 28.4cm, weight 15oz., (2)

Buyers' Premium and Charges

27.5% on the first £20,000 of the hammer price;
26% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £20,000 up to and including £700,000;
20% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £700,000 up to and including £4,500,000;
and 14.5% of the hammer price of any amounts in excess of £4,500,000.

VAT at the current rate of 20% will be added to the Buyer's Premium and charges excluding Artists Resale Right.
