George Vernon Stokes (1873-1954), Extensive landscape with windmill, 27 x 37cm.

Maria de Ruiter de Witt (Dutch, b.1947) one 70 x 50cm, the other 68 x 48cm. (2)

Henry Reynolds Steer (1858-1928), "Any chairs to mend?", 17 x 11.5cm.

A bound volume of sketches from the 1830's and later, mostly showing scenes in India, mostly pencil by Henry Carre Tucker, but also one Henry St George Tucker and other members of the Tucker family, (binding in poor condition).

Harry Bright (British, 1846-1895) A peregrine falcon, 29 x 20.5cm.

Douglas Houzen Pinder (1886-1949), Four Egyptian desert scenes; one pair depicting camels and riders in a sandstorm, the others depicting camels and dhows before pyramids, 18 x 35.5 and 14 x 26cm respectively. (4)

Buyers' Premium and Charges

For all Sales categories, buyer's premium excluding Cars, Motorbikes, Wine and Coin & Medal sales, will be as follows:

Buyer's Premium Rates
27.5% on the first £2,500 of the hammer price;
25% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £2,500 up to and including £300,000;
20% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £300,000 up to and including £3,000,000;
and 13.9% of the hammer price of any amounts in excess of £3,000,000.

VAT at the current rate of 20% will be added to the Buyer's Premium and charges excluding Artists Resale Right.
