The human-headed bird in gold, repoussé decorated and shown wearing a Broad Collar with central pendant loop for suspension, the legs extended under the body, the tail feathers indicated, the out-stretched wings with much of the original polychrome glass-paste inlay remaining in the well delineated cells, 2in. (4.8cm.) wide, a small indent in the back of the head, a tiny section of gold missing at the tip of one wing, in a fitted case
