Registration no. SV 9905
Chassis no. C705007

By the mid-twenties competition prompted the introduction of balloon tyres, the option of wire wheels, and the availability of a range of different colours. Design changes for 1926 included the 'pronounced stream-like treatment effected on all body types'. Quoting from the Ford salesman's literature, 'if you can get your prospect to the showroom, you will find that little salesmanship is necessary as far as the beauty feature of these cars is concerned'. Seats, body and chassis were also lowered, the radiator raised, and concentration to added comfort was made.

In dark green with black wings and black upholstery, this Canadian-built right-hand drive example was exported new to Australia from where it has recently been imported. Described as in good all-round condition and valuably equipped with the rare and desirable Ruxtell two speed rear axle, it has an electric starter and electric lighting, as original. The later wire wheels are correct, with 4.50/4.75 x 21" tyres. Offered with Swansea V5, MoT until October 2004 and road licence to November 2004.
