the silvered Roman chapter ring with gilt centre, date and day apertures, the polychrome painted spandrels depicting cherubs above is a semi circular painted and silvered moonphase dial, the moon depicted with a female face, the two train movement striking on a bell, the case with inverted bell top above an arched glazed door with pierced gilt spandrels, flanked by a pair of female term figure mounts, the sides with pierced gilt-metal and fragmentary textile line panels, on gilt-metal ogee shaped bracket feet (one finial lacking), 46cm high 29.5cm wide
