A Frankenthal cup Painted a Teniers style scene of two men sat at a broken barrel with pipes and ale jug in colours in a gilt oval, blue mark of Carl Theodor; a Helena Wolfson cabinet cup and saucer blue AR mark; an Austrian cup, possibly Schaggenwald, cup painted flowers in an urn in colours and gilt, blue script "S" mark; a Meissen 18th century style teapot painted romantic figure scenes in colours alternating with floral painted panels, blue crossed swords mark, lacking lid; and a Continental

A Paris cup and saucer The cup of circular baluster and footed formal with unglazed basal flutes, scroll handle moulded griffin head, each pieced painted a continuous band of roses and leaves in colours, gilt edge lines, the saucer with an unglazed band of conjoined circles, c 1815; and a French cup and saucer, the cup black printed Cupid by a stone bridge, the saucer Cupid sat on a rock (slightly off centre), gilt edge lines, incised script "L" possibly for La Seinie, c 1810. A Paris hard-paste plate Painted mother and two children sat in a woodland, 23.8cm, c 1805, cracked and re-stuck; a Paris creamware plate, black printed "Creation des Tribuns" after S.D. Mirys, 21cm, crack; and a Strasbourg Faience Pottery plate from the factory of Joseph Hannong with chinoiserie decoration, 24.5cm, cracked and rivetted. (3)

A Gardner figure of a young man Wearing a fawn tunic and black boots, his right hand raising his hat, impressed marks, 12.5cm; and a French desk set comprising inkwell, small pot and two rectangular trays, each decorated chinoiserie figure scenes and scroll on a red ground, gilt edges. (5)

A Continental, possibly Paris, blue and gilt cup and saucer The cup of circular baluster and footed shape, each piece decorated a band of fruiting vines and formal bands in gilt on royal blue grounds, gilt interior to the cup; and a Continental cup and saucer painted butterflies in colours, possibly Chantilly, c 1800. Buyers' Premium and Charges

For all Sales categories, buyer's premium excluding Cars, Motorbikes, Wine, Whisky and Coin & Medal sales, will be as follows:

Buyer's Premium Rates
28% on the first £40,000 of the hammer price;
27% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £40,000 up to and including £800,000;
21% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £800,000 up to and including £4,500,000;
and 14.5% of the hammer price of any amounts in excess of £4,500,000.

VAT at the current rate of 20% will be added to the Buyer's Premium and charges excluding Artists Resale Right.
