signed and numbered 'A. Rodin No. 6/8 (on the neck) and inscribed '© By Musee Rodin 1986 E. Godard Fondr' (on the back of the shoulders)

Conceived in 1880, the enlarged version circa 1906, this bronze version cast by the E. Godard Foundry in 1986 in an edition of 12, numbered 1/8 to 8/8 and I/IV to IV/IV
