Designed and executed by Fernand Grange, Paris, circa 1909
The curved L-shaped handle decorated with silver dragonflies with aquamarine inset heads and diamond inset tails against a silver-gilt background with four bracketed large aquamarines, signed F. Grange, on a Macassar ebony shaft with a metal ferrule.
