Designed and executed by Wolfers Frères, Brussels, 1925
Depicting a complex strapwork of ribs, sockets, plates, and other industrial parts, the top inscribed JOSEPH TAEYMANS / DIVISION D'HONNEUR / 1924-1925, on an ebony shaft with a metal ferrule.

Footnotes

Joseph Taeymans (Belgian, 1899-1971) was a champion Belgian footballer, playing for the Division 1 team Berchem Sport. Between 1923 and 1933, he played in 120 games, scoring 73 goals. Twenty of these were scored in the 1924-1925 season while playing on the championship team, making him the top scorer in the league.
