The terminal set with a flat onyx disc and the handle with a three-dimensional stepped silver geometric pattern inset with faceted triangular onyxes, on a hardwood shaft with a metal ferrule.

Footnotes

Dagobert Peche (Austrian, 1887-1923) was the director of the Wiener Werkstätte from 1917-1919 and is known for his ornamental and figurative designs. This cane exemplifies the early work from the Wiener Werkstätte, which was geometric and exacting.
