Queen Anne Walnut Side Chair

The crest with volutes centering a carved shell joined to molded splat flanked by ogee-shaped stiles continuing into raking rear legs, the slip-seat frame raised on cabriole legs with carved shell at knees and ending in pointed slipper feet, joined with blocked and turned stretchers, 55cm wide, 50cm deep, 104cm high (22in wide, 20 1/2in deep, 41 1/2in high). Seat ht. 17 in.
