Kakejiku (hanging scroll), ink and very slight colours on paper in silk mounts: An old man with a cane leading a child along a path around a promontory bordering a river, heading toward a group of rustic dwellings, a mountain looming above; signed Kinkoku and sealed Kinkoku and Bokuchi (Crazy about Ink); with a wood tomobako storage box inscribed Kōu dai and sealed

The signature on the storage box is that of Aimi Kōu (1874–1970), a renowned scholar of Japanese painting.
