Landscapes
Orihon (concertina-fold) album, ink and colours on paper in a cloth-covered chitsu (wrapper) titled Baigai sansui gachō (Album of Landscapes by Baigai); one landscape dated kanoe-saru, the last spread signed Baigai utsusu, the spreads variously sealed Tokishi, Baigai, and Tokishi no in; with an introductory text by 'Rokumei Dōshi' dated October 1905; with a wood storage box inscribed Totoki Baigai sansui gafu (Landscape album by Totoki Baigai)
31 × 16.5cm (12 1/4 × 6 1/2in) , closed (3).
