EIGHT WOOD MASK NETSUKE

Edo period (1615-1868) or Meiji era (1868-1912), 19th century
Comprising a large demon mask, painted in red and black lacquer; a mask of Okame; a large Hannya mask, signed Masahide; a Hyottoko mask, signed Masakazu; a fox mask with a moveable jaw, signed Gyokusai; a small Usobuki mask; a small Buaku mask; and a mask of Okame, lacquered reddish brown
2 7/8in (7.3cm) high, the largest (8).
