A WHITE-GLAZED DRAINING SPOON, A BLUE AND WHITE CYLINDRICAL SANDER DECORATED WITH SCHOLAR'S OBJECTS, A HEART-SHAPED PENHOLDER AND A PEACH-SHAPED DRAINING DISH

Yongzheng/Qianlong
The sander painted around the exterior in underglaze-blue with archaic vases and scholars' objects, the rims with 'herring-bone' pattern bands, 8cm (3 1/8in) diam. The leaf-shaped ink well with one large circular aperture surrounded by three smaller circular apertures, painted with floral sprays on the top and sides, 10.5cm (4 1/8in) long. The peach-shaped strainer issuing from a leafy branch, the sides painted with floral sprays, the base with numerous apertures, 14.3cm (5 5/8in) long. The draining spoon glazed white, 19.5cm (7 5/8in) long. (4).
