Keti Davlianidze was born in Tbilisi in 1976. She graduated in 1998 from Sergo Kobuladze's art studio and, in 1996, from the Tbilisi State Academy of Arts, specialising in painting within the Film and Television faculty. In 1999, she also completed a degree in graphics and drawing at the same Academy.

Davlianidze's artistic practice spans various disciplines and materials, including painting, drawing, book illustration, sculpture, photography, and multimedia. Her work is characterised by the expression of a refined line, with an airy pastel palette chosen with a keen sense of colour that harmoniously blends with the graphic form.

She has participated in numerous group and solo exhibitions, both in Georgia and internationally. Notable exhibitions include the 80th Anniversary of the Tbilisi State Art Academy at the National Museum of Georgia (2000), the Tbilisi History Museum Karvasla (2002), the "Mtsvane" National Gallery, Tbilisi, Georgia (2016), and the Georgian Museum of Fine Arts "Abkhazia", Tbilisi (2019). She also showcased her work at the "Painters Planer" 9th International Francophone Festival "Soleil" in Sozopol (2019), and at the "Georgian Artists" exhibition in Kaunas, Lithuania (2018). Additionally, she was part of the "Un Cammino Europeo" project in Viterbo, Italy (2014), among many others.

Her works are held in private collections around the world, including in the USA, China, Spain, Italy, Austria, Bulgaria, and even in the private collection of the Pope at the Vatican. In Georgia, her art is kept in the Sighnaghi National Museum and the permanent collection of the Museum of Fine Arts of Georgia, among other places.
