A Berlin topographical cabinet cup and saucer, circa 1800-10

The bell-shaped cup painted with a rectangular, gilt-edged named view of 'Salomon Gessners Bild in den Heiligen Hallen, mit der Aussicht nach Tharand', titled in black beneath the foot, gilt-edged rims, the saucer: 14.8cm diam.; the cup: 11.3cm, sceptre marks in underglaze-blue, impressed 16 (cup) and 28 (saucer), both impressed II (2)
