Christopher Dresser for Hukin & Heath

Tureen and ladle, model no. 2123, 1880
Electroplated metal, the domed base rising to banded sides, set with straight ebony handles to the sides, raised on three tapering supports, the flat lid with an ebony finial, the ladle with a semi-spherical bowl with an ebony handle.
20 cm high, 33 cm wide, the ladle 36 cm long
Stamped to the underneath DESIGNED BY DR C.DRESSER, H&H, numbered 2123, and with registration diamond dated 1 July 1880.
