A pair of George III silver-mounted coconut goblets

Thomas Phipps & Edward Robinson, London 1791
The bodies profusely decorated with geometric and leafy patterns surrounding a cartouche engraved with a crest, each lined with gilt interiors and raised on a pedestal foot with reeded rim, on square bases, height 19cm. (2)

Footnotes

The blazon of the crest: a wolf rampant holding between the forepaws a dart erect, the point downwards piercing the dexter paw proper.
