Two rare 19th century Benham and Froud lion copper jelly moulds together with a good collection of twenty four similar period Benham and Froud copper jelly moulds of elaborate circular and oval castle and ring form

One with Benham and Froud oval strap mark, the others with orb and cross stamped factory marks,
The lion moulds of oval form, the recumbent beasts with flowing manes, the plain plinth sides numbered '628' to one end, the circular castle moulds comprising an 'Alexandra Cross' or cruciform mould, a five point star mould numbered '466' , and eight others, an oval mould with pineapple decoration numbered '1A', and three other oval castle moulds, two circular castle ring moulds, the first with unusual chain style decoration, numbered '445' and another numbered '351', two low circular ring moulds, one with the Benham and Froud strap mark, numbered 521, the other numbered '525' and five low oval ring moulds comprising three numbered 64. 171, and 609, and two numbered 615, the lion moulds, 13.5cm high, 15.8cm and 16cm wide, 10.5cm and 10cm deep approximately, the other moulds, largest, 15.5cm, smallest 6.5cm high, the widest 13cm wide (26)
