Late 18th/early 19th century, in the manner of Parker and Perry
The alternating high and low S-shaped facetted arms with leaf cut scalloped drip pans, issuing from a similar bowl shaped receiver with knopped ball hung terminal, the whole supported by a corresponding composite baluster central stem surmounted by a similarly decorated ogee domed scalloped canopy corona, and strung and hung with chains of facetted circular beaded drops and facetted oval shaped pendant drops, restorations and replacements, 115cm drop, 95cm diameter approximately

Founded by William Parker (d.1784) in Fleet Street, the firm continued under his son Samuel, who in 1803 formed a partnership with William Perry and went on to supply chandeliers for Carlton House from 1808 and later for the Royal Pavilion at Brighton.
