With ebonised and boxwood stringing, the top with a central oval tablet inlaid with three birds perched amidst assorted flowers, foliage and scrolled acanthus, within an oyster veneered surround, encompassed by four shaped spandrel tablets each inlaid with a bird amidst various flowers, above two short and three long graduated oak lined drawers, each with a shaped elongated oval tablet replete with similar floral and scrolled foliate inlay, on later bun feet, one short drawer with an oval sticker which reads: 'Antique Dealers' Fair & Exhibition, Purchased from J.H. Gillingham, South Kensington, Grosvenor House, W.1., 91cm wide x 52.5cm deep x 83cm high, (35 1/2in wide x 20 1/2in deep x 32 1/2in high)
