Mid 15th century, probably for a Dalmatic garment
Designed with twelve sections, the three evangelists to depicted in the top row, the next row with Annunciation scene, St Paul to the right holding a book and sword, the next row with the figure of Christ probably flanked by St Augustine, and St Thomas Aquinas, the bottom most row with St Peter, Moses and probably St Andrew, linen backed and stretched on a wooden frame, 84.3cm x 49.1cm
