Woven in rich wools and silks and metal thread, designed with a goddess bearing upturned cornucopia, one with coins and the other with an abundance of fruit, probably representing plenty and good fortune, surmounted by LIBERALITAS, the initials IAN RA? enclosed by Solomonic columns to either short side, on later blue outer slip,
