A Regency gilt and patinated bronze mounted yew wood figural inkstand

The top centred by a kneeling classical maiden holding two mask head cornucopiae ink receivers with flower terminals, one with cover, before a boat shaped pen rest, the figure flanked by a recumbent sphinx chamber stick to the left side, and a column sander to the right side, set within a rope twist border above a frieze drawer with formalised foliate and fruiting knopped handle, and raised on paw feet, 15cm high, 25.5cm wide, 15.5cm wide
