A late George III or Regency mahogany drum top library table

C.1800-1815
With boxwood stringing and line-inlay, the revolving top inset with a gilt tooled leather surface, the top incorporating the unusual feature of two lockable hinged demi-lune ends each enclosing a void interior, with two opposing short frieze drawers interspersed by two opposing long dummy drawers, on a ring turned baluster column terminating in three downswept square tapering legs with brass cappings and castors, 93cm wide x 92.5cm deep x 77.5cm high, (36 1/2in wide x 36in deep x 30 1/2in high)
