西漢 鎏金銅蓋罐 一組兩件
The present set of jars distinguished by their simple yet elegant forms. The bodies are rounded and full, with flowing, graceful lines, topped by finely crafted covers. The entire surface is adorned with masterful gilding, radiating a dazzling, brilliant gold that fully embodies an aura of noble elegance and opulent splendor.
As common vessels in ancient times, these lidded jars served both practical and decorative purposes. Their uses were diverse: they could hold precious medicines, rare spices, delicacies, or valuable items.
