The present lot represents typical bronze costume accessories from the Warring States to Western Han periods, featuring designs of a dragon and a bear. The dragon hook employs openwork craftsmanship throughout its body, forming an overall S-shaped coil with a dynamic form. Its head turns back, mouth wide open to reveal sharp fangs, projecting an imposing presence. The dragon's body twists and turns, covered in intricate scale patterns. The delicate openwork not only lightens the piece but also enhances its play of light and shadow. The bear is depicted in a crouching stance, head lowered, eyes wide and alert, mouth slightly open, conveying a vigilant and formidable demeanor. Its powerful forelimbs form a decorative embrace.
