A blue ground famille rose scraffito 'medallion' bowl

Daoguang six-character mark and of the period
the exterior with four floral medallions between highly stylised flowers, all reserved against an incised powder blue ground, the interior with a similar 'floral' roundel surrounded by further four groups of flower all in underglaze blue, 14.9cm diam.

Adding to the condition report | 增補品相報告：luminescence under ultraviolet light in the blue scraffito ground possibly very minor wear to the enamel, or glue residue, and not likely to be post-firing condition issue. 紫光燈下藍地扎道表面的反射反應，當是釉面的細小氣泡淤積灰塵、釉面些許磨損，或膠布殘留，放大鏡下並無發現修補修補痕跡。

Cash payment: we accept cash payment in Australian Dollars up to a maximum of $8,000 for lots purchased by you in this sale. Kindly note we are unable to give change so please ensure that the exact amount is provided.
To comply with legislative requirements, Bonhams will only accept payment from an account that matches the name on the invoice issued, i.e. the name on the original registration form.
