Of 'Delphinvase' form, designed by G.F. Hetsch, each side reserved with a gilt-edged oval panel depicting views of Christianshavn with the spire of the Church of Our Saviour in the backgound, and of houses and figures along a street, the sides with the gilt initials 'EH ES' and date 'd. 5te October/ 1832_1857.', respectively, over laurel wreaths, between gilt borders, the neck reserved with a leafy band of roses between moulded gilt rims, the fluted dolphin handles and the flared foot gilt, 41.3cm high, wave mark and dot in underglaze-blue
