A Sèvres plate probably from the service for the comtesse de Provence, dated 1783

Painted by Jean-Baptiste Tandart (l'aîné) with a circular medallion with a rose bush, six panels of flower bushes reserved against bands of flower sprigs between geometric borders, 23.9cm diam., interlaced LL monogram enclosing date letter ff in blue, painter's mark "..." for Tandart, incised 33 (typical minor surface wear to well)
