Il se compose de dix-huit cuillères et dix-huit fourchettes, dix-huit cuillères à dessert et dix-huit couteaux à fruits, pour ces derniers modèle à filets, deux cuillères à saupoudrer, une cuillère dite à olives.
Pour l'ensemble Paris, 1785 - 1786.
Pour les couteaux poinçon du Maître-orfèvre Jean Etienne LANGLOIS, reçu maître en 1770.
Pour les couverts et cuillères de service, poinçon du Maître-orfèvre VIAL reçu maître en 1781.
L'ensemble conservé dans un écrin du XVIIIe siècle (accidents)
Les spatules probablement dégravées.

Silver dessert set with violin filets and shells.
It consists of eighteen spoons and eighteen forks, eighteen dessert spoons and eighteen fruit knives, the latter with filets, two sprinkling spoons and an olive spoon.
Paris, 1785 - 1786.
For the knives, hallmark of Master-Goldsmith Jean Etienne LANGLOIS, received Master in 1770.
For the cutlery and serving spoons, hallmark of Master Goldsmith VIAL, received master in 1781.
The set is preserved in an 18th century case (accidents).
The spatulas are probably damaged.
Weight: 3,186.6 g - Gross weight of the knives: 1,009 g.
