The case framed by a blue enamel border and surrounded by fine engraving of flowers and acanthus leaves, raised on two turned feet and supported at the rear by a folding brass strut engraved with the retailer's name F. West, 1 St. James's Street, with winding and setting squares to the back. The 2.25in. silvered Roman dial with finely blued steel hands around a floral engraved centre. The pocket watch type movement with cylinder escapement, numbered 88967. Currently ticking and sold with the original fitted box. 10cms (4 ins) high.
