Cecil W. Stoughton photograph of President John F. Kennedy at the podium with NASA Administrator James E. Webb, Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson, Director of Manned Space Program Dr. Robert Gilruth, etc. at the NASA Rich Building. They stand in front of early Lunar Lander, similar to the Lunar Module that would land 7 years later on the surface of the Moon and achieve Kennedy's high-reaching goal. Kennedy would make his famous "We choose to go to the Moon" at Rice University on the same day.
